The Beer Chicks

We can’t think of anything else we want for Christmas this year other than some special holiday craft beer.  Ok maybe an Absinthe fountain, Tieks ballet flats, and trip to Belgium - but in the absence of those things (although if Santa’s feeling flush...) we are perfectly happy to sit by the fire and sup one of our favorite creations from some of the best breweries in the world.

Our favorite beer seasons are upon us!  Fall and Winter usher forth some of the best artisanal beers from around the world.  We find great comfort in an alcoholic beverage that showcases rich fall flavors like clove, pine, pumpkin, allspice, brandied cherries, vanilla custard and dark chocolate.

As a kick off to their Social Sundays, The beautiful Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica will offer authentic Oktoberfest fare paired with delicious craft beer hand-picked by yours truly, The Beer Chicks. The menu will feature house-made sausages, classic sides like sauerkraut and spaetzle, and delicious baked German desserts created by Chefs Tony DiSalvo and Chris Crary.
